Policies at Surf Motel & Gardens

  • Check-in time: 3:00 PM.
  • Check-out: 11:00 AM.
  • Your Credit Card may be charged at 6pm on the day of arrival.
  • Cancellations must be completed 72 hours in advance of your expected arrival. 7-day cancellation is required for suites, and 7-day cancellation is required for ALL rooms during holidays and special events.
  • Rates vary depending on season, if you have additional guests, and if you have a kitchen.
  • We are required to charge a 13% City and County Tax.
  • We allow pets in designated rooms only. There is a fee of $12 / pet / room / night. Please call motel to make arrangements.
  • All of our rooms are NON-SMOKING a cleaning fee of but not limited to $200 may be charged.
  • During check in, guest must be 18 years or older and must have a valid ID. When using a credit card, ID name must match name on credit card.
  • We require all guests that pay cash to provide a $200 deposit. Guests will receive their deposit back at check-out if there is no damage done to their room.
